Hello, I have a small business which I started in 2009 and have used the success of that to invest in RE. I started with my first deal in 2012. I currently have 5 doors (mostly SFRs), might be converting my previous residence into another 2. Looking short term to do another 3 deals using easy conventional loans with my partner. Also ready to move into multifamily commercial. Need to start looking at markets on a macro level vs. IMBY :-)
