Hello! I'd like to introduce myself. I'm an Architect in KC and am very interested in real estate investing. Over the last 4 months, I've been doing extensive research and developing our business plan. My partner and I are ready to jump in and get started with our first property.  We plan to begin with a few flips and buy and hold properties. Once we have a few of those under our belt we plan to pursue small multi-family properties (rehab and new build). I'm looking forward to connecting to the Bigger Pockets community.
