Hello BP!

I am Ashley and I am from Passaic County NJ. For the past 3 months or so I have been listening to the podcasts in the car, while at work, and before I go to bed. I have also read a few of the recommended books.  I have recently made the decision to stop educating myself passively, as I have been, and to actually put some action behind it all. So here I am introducing myself! I have diligently been looking to get into residential management. I do not have any experience in the field but I have been trying to talk to people and let them know my experience and and what I have to offer.  I am interested in learning more about low and no money down options, Section 8 renting(actually all renting), flipping(I've been helping my dad around the house with projects just to get some hands on experience), and linking up with others in my area trying to do the same.

I have been playing with the idea of getting my real estate license as well, but I feel like I need to talk to someone that is not trying to get me to buy into their school before I make my final decision.

I look forward to networking, learning, and growing with BP!
