Hello! 

I've been lurking around here for a few weeks and decided to join. This seems like a strong community with all sorts of incredibly useful information! I'm living up in the Seattle area and am looking to expand my income-property portfolio.

I'm pretty new to this, but have been reading book after book, and realize that I need to do some networking! There is just so much information, and it is obvious that there is just so much that I don't even know that I don't know yet, which makes it difficult to drive off in the correct direction. You know?

Anyways, I look forward to joining the discussion, and thank you for having an excellent forum like this!

If it's networking resources you're looking for, I would recommend contacting @Troy Fisher, @Tiffany Plovie, and @Kelsy Soderlund. They run the Kirkland, Seattle, and Tacoma meet-ups respectively, and given the once-per-month meetings you will definitely meet someone who can answer questions you have.
