Immersing myself into Bigger Pockets

I've known about bigger pockets for some time, and after listening to a dozen or so podcasts in the past couple of weeks, I find myself distracted at work creating an account.

I've been involved in real estate since 2012, looking at deals, being involved in unsuccessful deals, and finally closing on a duplex in Durham, NH, in August of 2015.  So far, I enjoy being a landlord, and want to buy more.  The market I'm involved (the Seacoast of New Hampshire) is very sought after, and difficult to find deals.  BUT, with the help and advice from BP I am willing and confident that I'll be able to acquire some units.

I currently cash flow about $400 per month, with the ability to raise rents.  Financing is tricky as I just began a new job.  I do however, have excellent credit and some liquid capital that I'm looking to invest into the right property.

The creative financing and deal finding strategies is what I find most intriguing about bigger pockets.  I'm looking forward to learning all I can, and putting the knowledge to good use.
