Hello Everyone,

I found this site about 45 minutes ago and i'm impressed! I've never done a real estate deal but my desire to is rising by the day. I've read book after book about but I never feel like I have enough 1) money, 2) credit or 3) knowledge to actually jump in. I believe that if im surrounded by people who have the knowledge and who's completed the my time will come a lot faster. Any pointers, tips, knowledge, encouragement and/or personal experiences are welcome.
