I am 25 years old and have worked for a Title Company for the last year as an Office Coordinator, so I have a very basic understanding of Real Estate from opening contracts and how the title proces works. Being exposed to HAR, CAD's, TREC, and interacting with a countless number of Agents and Loan Officers has greatly influenced my decision to take the RE path.
A couple of colleagues put me on to the BP Podcast which grabbed my attention the very first episode and here we are a week away from me taking the exam. Because I interact with agents everyday, I have had a chance to talk to a few of them about potential opportunities. My focus is to be a General Investor (Residential/Commercial.)
Bring it on world (whenever I pass my test.)
