Hello Everyone,

Heard about this site from a friend.  I am on here cause real estate is my passion hence why I became a realtor.  I have also gotten to a point in my life where I would like to get more into the investing side of it for myself and thought this site would be a great way to learn more and hopefully share some knowledge & insight as well.
