Hi,
I am interested in learning more about property investing. I have worked for a development firm for many years and always dreamed about being a developer myself. In the mean time, I want to build a rental portfolio to support myself and my family long term. The biggest challenge I have is finding viable properties in my area. Santa Barbara is one of the most expensive areas of the planet!

Welcome Joe. If you are looking to build up passive cash flow from rentals, you will need to look out of state. If you are open to that, you have lots of choices. If you want to send me a private message, I can tell you more about how our company can help. I don't like to solicit people on this board. Thanks.
