Full Time Investment

Hello,

I have been investing in real estate as a side job for several years, and looking to make a go at it full time. My previous investments have done extremely well (10-40% per year), although the market in Texas has been so hot it have been hard not to have done well.

I have flipped houses, rented houses, and bought and held land.

I am looking to start wholesaling properties is San Antonio while investing my previous proceeds in multi-unit housing.

Any advice or guidance would be appreciated.
