Hello everybody! 

My name is John, I am 25 and I have been working for a property management company in the Los Angeles area for the past 2 years. I have my CA RE license and I have been in charge of renovating properties to sell or lease (primarily leasing). 

I am interested in the wholesaling process and flipping at the moment. I would like to invest in some buy & hold properties down the road, but for now I am mainly interested in wholesaling & flipping. 

I would love some help on where to begin my journey (terms to learn, how to source deals, etc) and I would greatly appreciate any help you may have to offer.

You are right about the price problem as LA has been getting out of control in my opinion.
