Seasoned investor looking for a few deals

I have been a real estate investor having flipped over 200 houses over15 years doing we buy houses for 5 years. then buying off the mls. Most recently buying homes at auction. I have just been hanging out investing in other people for the last few years. I have seen other investors cleaning up as of late and was going to do some direct mail campaigns again pull a few deals a month till the economy collapses.
