My name is Dylan Barth and I currently live in Mankato, MN but my goal is to invest in the Twin Cities area. I hope to get started in a small multi family on the south side of the cities. I am a young professional in the agriculture industry and using rental income to help fund my first home sounded like a great idea which lead me to BP.

Hi Dylan! My parents inherited a house in South Minneapolis that they are trying to sell. It was a multi family at one point, but converted back into a single family.
