Hi guys.  I wanted to introduce myself.  I am just getting started with investing in real estate.  To be honest, I am currently in the saving / researching phase right now.  I am very interested in getting into single family homes and duplexes.  I listen to a lot of audio books about real estate, and recently got into listening to the BP podcast.  I have been binge listening this week, and I am currently on episode #20.  I am excited to contribute to this forum and to continue to learn.  Thanks!
