New Investor in DFW

Hello, My name is Andrew and I'm somewhat new to bigger pockets. I'm located in Irving, TX (Las Colinas) and interested in real estate investing. Does anyone have suggestions on books for beginners? I'm considering starting with wholesaling because I understand that's a way to get started with little to no money. I eventually would like to get into flipping and/or rental properties. So any good reads on how to invest will be greatly appreciated. Also, anyone in the DFW area interested in bringing on a new investor to their team please let me know. I'm willing to get involved in anyway no matter how big or small.
