Hello BP,
My name is Jeremy, I've been reviewing quite a few post and like what I've seen in terms of assistance in real estate investing. Understanding real estate in TX is my goal and to invest in mostly multi-family. Recently moving from GA, my wife and acquired some properties but left it behind back in '08. Now we're looking to start it up again. I'm sure I'll learn a lot here with BP. I appreciate all the advice in advance!
