I am looking to get out of law enforcement and back into the housing market.  I used to work in the mortgage field for 10 years and at one time held a Real Estate License.  I'm taking it slow this time around and will be taking a workshop on investing/flipping houses next week.  I'm looking forward to getting back into the "industry".

No Kevin, I mainly was a Loan Officer and helped manage my Broker so this will be a whole new field for me.  I'm hoping my investor workshop coming up and this website (BP) will give me more insight on how to obtain a profit instead of paycheck to paycheck type of job I'm in now.
