Hi Everyone,

I am very interested in investing in rental properties, both for residential and commercial purposes.  I am here hoping to get advice on how to get started in real estate investment, both short-term and long term.  I am hoping to invest close to where I live, so somewhere in and around the Silicon Valley is ideal for me.
