Retirement Very Soon - like advice

Hi,

I have put together my own reirement plan that will include the little understood and much maligned reverse mortgage.  I have worked in the foreclosure industry since 1999, I also flipped then hit the crash and lost. Now I am rebuilding and grateful that I am healthy and happy to follow my rebuilding plan.  I will retire in the next few years.

I am interested in advice that would help me tweak my plan.
