My name is Delia Spradley and am a real estate investor newbie but have owned and operated my own interior design/remodeling business since 1980. Thru this business, I have been involved in working with investors in staging, rehabbing and totally gutting and updating properties. Having been always passionate about properties, I am very excited about launching this new endeavor, Deanlu Properties, LLC, and look forward to buying my first great cash flow properties!
