Have some overseas real estate experience, but now looking at the Bangor ME area for cashflow properties (relocated here not too long ago).  Multi unit or single family home being considered.  Looking to network with other investors in Bangor to learn more about the local market details.  What specific areas in Bangor would you recommend for multi property? any recommended realtor / management company?
