Hello everyone,

My name is Dan, I am a member of the US Navy, looking to get started in the investment property community.  I am looking to gain a good knowledge base of the industry and build some wealth.  I am originally from MN but live in CA now, I am moving to HI soon and hope to make my first purchase upon arrival to Hawaii.
