Well I'm currently 19 years old. I've been saving money for about 2 years I'll say and has accumulated to having saved up $20k. I'm currently going to school to study Nursing but at the same time I have many interests in being a Real Estate Investor. Coming from a family that has never owned a home and currently renting a room with a family of 3 (including myself), never had that feeling of living what I like to call "My Home". One of my goals in life is to own my own home by the age 26 or younger, something that has been running through my head for a good while. I've been doing my own research as well how Real Estate Investors become successful. Not that I want to become a successful investor but one where I own propertie(s) and earn a good monthly income from that. So hopefully, Joining this great Community. I can get great advice/tips from you Investors and hopefully one day apply them myself.
