Hello BP,

I've been lurking on BP for a few months now and thought I should introduce myself. I live in South Florida and I am trying to break into real estate investing. My main focus for my 1st property was securing an FHA loan on a MF unit to house hack. However, I've been getting conflicting info from my bank on that approach so I may need to rethink my strategy (or find a new lender).

I'm looking to connect with others who have the knowledge or would like to learn with me. As a former college athlete turned actuary I'm very open to coaching.
