Hello everyone my name is Christian Robbins. I am a 21 year old entrepreneur located in Salt Lake City, UT. I am currently a Logistics Manager at DAS distributors and have launched my own apparel company but am branching out for more financial and personal freedom. I currently have no experience in real estate but am working my hardest to become educated on the subject. In my search of the web I came across bigger pockets and immediately signed up. I'm intrigued at the thought of owning multi-family homes/apartments/commercial space to generate cash-flow through tenants but i'm also interested to learn more of wholesaling, flipping, and buy and hold. What attracts me to real estate is the ability to be self-employed while having the privilege of cooperating and working with like minded, driven individuals.

I'm only about a year ahead of you.  Still so much to learn.  I've found that going to the local REIAs (Real Estate Investing Associations) has really helped.

I've been to two, Utah REIA and SL REIA.
