Hello BP Community,

I joined BP this week and am overwhelmed with the wealth of information...and it's awesome! My wife and I became "landlords by accident" last month, and fortunately the house has decent cash flow. It hasn't taken me long on BP to realize we could do much better with proper planning, purpose, and due diligence. Now that we have realized the potential in cash flowing rental property and building passive income for the future, we plan to get serious. I look forward to interacting and sharing my experiences with you as we start building our portfolio.
