I am a fifth generation Brooklynite and former St. Johns student.  I have been flipping houses for the last 2 1/2 - 3 years in the NY/NJ market.  I am currently looking to invest in multi family in out of state markets. I am also an agent in Brooklyn, NY now focusing on my broker exam.  I worked for an office equipment leasing company since age nineteen . My work has directly focused on intricate leasing agreements with well established and well known companies within the New York city area. My main focus is working closely with individuals in order to get their deals done. I understand that it is the person and their individual needs that make my approach specific because needs never the same and always important.  I am also addicted to learning thank you all for your insight and well detailed mentorship.
