A Newbie from Seattle WA
Hello everyone,
My name is Vessie and I am interested in learning about real estate investing with assignment of contract, fix and flip, in order to establish seed capital and be able to do rentals and leasing. This seems to be a community of expert and new investors and I would value your opinions and feedback. I have many questions that I will ask in individual discussion threads.
Currently I work as a nurse in a hospital and I have worked previously in molecular biology research. My interest in real estate is not new but I realize there is a lot to learn. Would love to connect with others in Seattle and the Pacific Northwest to start with.
