I am looking to get into buying more investment properties mainly for cash flow. My only rental property as of now is a duplex that I bought in 2004. My main goal is to build a stream of cash flow to supplement my income and build wealth. A friend of mine told me about the bigger pockets podcasts, and I have been listening to several of them for the past few weeks.
