I'm a semi-retired 59 yo, sold my home and want to try to flip a house or two. Bought a couple of houses at the bottom a couple of years ago for rentals, got tired of that and sold for a nice profit recently. I'm looking to find deals I can fix and cleanup and resell. I'm a really good handyman and have some experience with all types of repairs, will hire out what I can't do.I can do cash deals, no financing, so my carry costs are low.
