Hi, I'm a licensed realtor with 9 years property management experience. I have access to contracotrs that can fix or build anything at a reasonable price. I'd like to learn about low money down strategies (e.g. lease options, private money), buy fix and flip, buy and hold, and wholesaling. I'm not adverse to partnering with someone.
