Hello All! I am looking for my very first investment property to rent out. I am a student in school that is learning I better start taking care of my retirement now. I love the Knoxville area and am becoming acquainted with the various neighborhoods.

I am constantly viewing properties and I am still acquiring the ability to say "that is a great deal" or vice versa when analyzing a potential purchase. Joining BiggerPockets seemed like a great leg up on educating myself and meeting others interested in purchasing rental properties.
