Hello - New Investor in the Jacksonville, FL Area!

Hi everyone!

My name is Frederic and I recently joined BP last week after listening to a few podcasts.  I live and work in Switzerland but looking to invest in Jacksonville, Florida.  I'm a Frenchmen who grew up abroad living in South Africa, the middle east and the UK, all in American schools.  I work in the tech industry and absolutely love my job but am also very interested in real estate.  

I purchased my first rental property in the UK and want to continue purchasing in the USA.  

My short term goal is to find another property to buy and hold, either duplexe or SFR. Long term I want to grow with this network of investors, meet a ton of new friends across the pond and share in opportunities as well as give back and someday perhaps become experienced enough to become a mentor.
