St. Louis Area Newbie

Hello everyone,

I am interested in getting into Buy and Hold in the St. Louis area. I was born and raised here I am in my mid twenties and thought this would be a great way to use my free time to invest in my future. I found BiggerPockets through a finance blog and podcast site called Dough Roller which has been great for me and has really excelled my financial knowledge.

Currently I am listening to podcasts on BiggerPockets and reading all the beginner articles like a mad man. I was listening to one podcast earlier and it peaked my interest in marketing plans. I am interested in a multi family Buy and Hold/Owner Occupied to start as this will be my first home purchase. I was wondering what resources you all have found work bestfor marketing and finding the great deals (outside of CL, zillow, trulia) in the St. Louis Area?

Thank you for your time and I have so many more questions but I will try to do more research before asking what are probably simple questions.
