I'm here to learn and look forward to doing my first deal

I'm so glad that I came across Bigger Pockets.  I look forward to getting to network, learn and give back where possible.

I'm in sales full time but have an earnest desire to develop horizontal, passive, rental income so I can free up my time (and pursue some of my other passions/business start up interests).  I'm about 6 months from doing my first deal and leaning towards buying a condo cottage vacation rental property.  My goal will be cash flowing $500/month on average building towards several other properties; namely, single family units.

I'm very open to networking especially from anyone who has scaled from zero to around 40->50 units cash flowing enough where they could leave their jobs.

Thank you.
