Hey Guys, Im new from New Jersey
I'm currently going to school for Finance and Management. I currently work a full time job and, once I graduate, I want to start investing in rental properties on the side. My goal is to keep my job and acquire 10 units in 6 years.
I was also thinking about getting my real estate license... any advice?
