Hey guys! I'm Brad. My interest in real estate investing started peaking a few months after I rented out my first home that my wife and I purchased in Charleston, SC. My wife, Elizabeth Schultz is a Realtor in Virginia Beach. I am originally from Milwaukee, WI and have been stationed in Charleston, SC and Norfolk VA. I am active duty military and I am just wondering where I start, such as legal advice, business advice and partnership advice. I'm looking to do low/no money down investments and possibly turnkey properties in any of the 3 places above. Any help or advice would be very much appreciated. Thanks for the welcome!
