Newbie in San Francisco

Hello! My name is Teresa Breaux and I am looking to get my feet wet in real estate investing!

Born and raised in the Bay Area, I have always had an interest in real estate. From a young age I would go to any open house I could find and loved the idea of house flipping. 

I am interested in several aspects of real estate investing. However, I am most interested in your classic BRRRR (buy, rehab, rent, refinance, repeat). Looking for any and all advise getting started. So far, I've been reading a lot and getting more excited as I go!
