Newbie from CT

Hi everybody!

I am a new member from central CT. I just moved to Cromwell into my first house hack using an FHA loan. I currently work in a time-intensive job as a Senior Associate at a Big 4 accounting firm, and I wish to jumpstart my wealth building through real estate. Taking the leap was scary at first, but listening to BiggerPockets podcasts and reading the forums got me over the fear. After this first deal, my eyes are now truly opened to the possibilities of passive income.
