Howdy. Torontonian here. Looking to start picking up some properties in the metro Detroit area (Macomb county for now), bought the book, discovered the forum and started digging through this treasure trove of information.

Being not just out of state but out of country I'm looking for a good on the ground team especially a property manager, so if anyone has recommendations I'd love to hear it! 

As well, does anyone have a good RE agent in the area who works with out of state/country investors? I'm going to pick up 1 SFR for starters to figure out the process but want to scale up to 3-4 houses fairly quickly if it all goes smoothly enough.
