Hi everyone, I'm a new real estate investor in the Canton/Massillon Ohio area. Real estate is something that I've been studying and following for almost 10 years now and I finally got my first deal completed in April 2016. I was able to negotiate a 2 year land contract deal with the owner who was trying to retire due to age and lost interest in the real estate. I'm so impressed with Bigger Pockets and the advice I get from this podcast, very educational. I'm working on cleaning up my rental to gain value to buy more in the near future.
