Hi, I'm Jim Ordonez from the Philippines. I accidentally discovered this page when I was researching on the topic of ARV. I gained my license on brokerage last 2012. So I'm just about four years in the business. I just want to earn to buy a house for my family and probably earn some more for real estate investment purposes.
