Hello I am Earl Binion. I moved to Edmond, Oklahoma in 2006. I have been a licensed California realtor since 1998. I sold houses, and originated loans Los Angeles, CA. I obtained my Oklahoma real estate, and mortgage originator license in 2006. I flipped houses and originated loans between 2006, and 2008. I left the business in 2008. The "Bubble Burst". I am humbled by the BiggerPockets community. The technology, education, and networking is awesome. I am interested flipping houses. My primary goal is to buy and hold. I am also interested in learning the wholesale business. I am looking forward to being an active part of the BiggerPockets Community.
