I had joined BP months ago and have put it off on looking at it. I have reached a point in my life where I'm tired of the original 7-4 (8-5) job and want to do something more hands on. I'm looking to get into flipping houses for more reasons than 1. The biggest reason is to work for myself. Since I have a lot of knowledge in looking to be doing MOST of the work myself. Any advice that anyone can give would be great. I have currently pickled up 2nd job to get my credit score a little higher, currently sitting at a 600. Will start attending REI meetings in October to further my knowledge in this field.
