My name is Rodney Hudson, 26, of Los Angeles, CA. I'm a current college student looking to create a foundation in which I can begin to build cashflow, longterm wealth and create lifestyle changes for my family and loved ones. 

My goal in real estate is simply to find a niche suitable to my skills in the market. The ultimate goal for me is financial freedom and the ability to share the change in lifestyle with others.
