Hi,

My name is Jerry Jerome and I am just getting the ball rolling in real estate.  I have a friend that suggested I check out BiggerPockets back in July.  I have been nothing short of impressed with the volume and quality of information found here and the podcast.

I currently work in the landscape industry and would love to extend a hand to answer any question I can.

I "think" I would like to get started in wholesaling and move into buy & hold for long term income.
