Hello everyone,

I'm a recent transplant to Phoenix, Arizona, and interesting in getting started in real estate investing. My focus to begin with is multi-family housing - starting with a duplex or triplex and growing from there. I'm working right now on finding something in Phoenix that will accept FHA lending as I plan to live in one of the units.

I work three days a week in Tucson and might be interested in investing there in the future as well.

I'm a licensed architect and specialize in managing design teams on large, complex projects for healthcare clients, so I know how to get a project done from start to finish.
