Himan from Loudoun county in Virginia. I have bought my first house in 2010 while working in bank. at the time was just for primary residential home. bought my 2nd home in  August 2016. the first house i have bought convert that into investment and rented out. 2nd house became my primary residential home. interested to buy more house and rent it out. working full time on IT field don't want to leave my job as of yet unless i know I have enough. at some point will be looking to give up 9 to 5 job.
