It's a Beautiful Day to Start Investing

Hi Everyone,

I am new to real estate investing. I'm starting from ground zero, but am excited to start diving in because I want out of the rat race (Yes, I too am a Robert & Kim Kiyosaki fan...who isn't?). When I know what I am doing I move forward. I want to buy and hold, since cash flow is my primary interest, but I am willing to delve into wholesaling initially for capital. I get excited thinking about multi-family units/apartments and providing solutions, solutions, solutions. I've been inspired by several amazing real estate investors and want to obtain financial freedom for my family. I'm "Poor Mom"...although highly educated, working in a "great" career as an Information Security Manager for one of the top 5 defense contractors...I'm struggling to pay for family vacations or fly out to see my extended family once/twice a year just to get some down time without stressing. I'm over it. Financial Freedom or bust!
