Looking for locals to network with in the PNW
Hi Everyone! I stumbled upon this site and the podcasts just yesterday, shortly after deciding it's time to start getting serious about real estate investing. I've listened to two podcasts, only to discover I have SO much to learn! I currently manage 9 residential units, but am looking to expand by both flipping and BRRR. I'm specifically looking for the so called 'good deals', as I have funds and investors lined up. The first thing I need to do is network! Anyone out there in the Pacific Northwest, specifically the Bellingham area?? Also, I heard them refer to attending local REA? meetings? Did I hear what they were saying correctly, and how might I go about looking that up to see when/where they meet?
